 Students are entered into a Built-In Student Database that tracks their information and Spending Account Balances.

 

 

At time of sale, a class/grade is selected to revieal all students belonging to that class/grade. A cashier simply clicks the student's name and then adds items to the sale. Items can be paid for in CASH or via the Student's Spending Account.

In this example, the student paid using their spending account.

 

 

In this example, we can see that the Student's spending account balance has automatically been updated by deducting the amount of the sale.

 

At any given time, quick reports and ,etrics can be run. In this example, we see that a report was run for a particular student (John Doe).

1) Download the zipped files and extract it to desktop. 

2) Ensure Excel Macros are fully enabled.

3) Double click on the SchoolLunch_POS.xlsm file to begin!
